This bill makes several changes to pretrial bail release laws. This bill requires the Florida Department of Transportation to start regulating and inspecting the Monorail transit system at the Walt Disney World theme parks. This measure would mark the first time the system has been subjected to regulations since its establishment over 50 years ago and has been operating without any safety incidents in nearly 15 years. Oppose is Moms For America's position as this bill harms the private sector by further growing the size and scope of the government regulatory state. This bill updates state and local procurement requirements to allow agencies to purchase electric vehicles if they are the lowest cost option.
