Slightly Reducing the State's Overreaching Cosmetology Licensing Mandates.

This bill requires each state institution of higher education to adopt a policy that reasonably accommodates the sincerely held religious beliefs and practices of students. This includes an absence of up to 3 days each semester without incurring an academic penalty due to reasons of faith or participation in the activities of a religious denomination or church.
