This bill requires state agencies to lease state-controlled land for oil and natural gas drilling and fracking. Other notable provisions include the designation of natural gas as a "green energy" and prohibiting localities from enacting any additional regulations on pesticides. A number of automotive manufacturers now have vehicles that can operate on highways and other major roadways with no driver involvement.
