This bill updates state and local procurement requirements to allow agencies to purchase electric vehicles if they are the lowest cost option. This bill allows healthcare providers, and payors to opt out of providing a healthcare service due to a sincerely held religious, moral, or ethical belief. The Rayner-Goolsby amendment #440331 to the "Heartbeat Protection Act," which prohibits abortions after six weeks in most cases. This amendment requires the Office of the State Courts Administrator to post information about obtaining a judicial waiver for a minor to obtain an abortion without parental consent on a publicly accessible website. Unfortunately, this bill represents one of many so-called criminal justice "reforms" which have led to skyrocketing crime rates and are being advanced in state legislatures by George Soros and other left-leaning Billionaires through their funding of liberal - and even some conservative - advocacy organizations.

Weakening Public Safety by Limiting the Ability of Communities to Protect Themselves from Repeat Criminals by Expanding the State's Expungement Law.

This bill bans automobile manufacturers from selling cars directly to consumers (with a carveout to select electric vehicle manufacturers) as well as enacts numerous new regulations concerning the contracting agreements between manufacturers and dealers.
